HISTORY OF THE CHAROITE STONE: 
 
 Located in a single zone of Russia, the charoïte is qualified as being a rare stone !! It takes its name from the Chara river, located in the Alban massif in Russia, a set of reliefs with a height of 800 to 1,000 m on average. The word "chary" meaning "charm" or "magic" in Russian. Discovered in 1947, this stone from the group of silicates was not described and disseminated until much later, in 1978. It can be found in the metasomatic rocks of the massif which are formed at a temperature of 200 to 250 degrees on average. The color of the charoïte stone is available in several shades, from purple to lilac, including brown. The discovery of the charoïte is rather recent that we do not yet have particular stories.
